Samsung’s Galaxy Unpacked Paris 2024 brought the next generation of foldables: the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Z Flip 6, plus the new Galaxy Ring wearable. The Z Fold 6 is Samsung’s most refined foldable yet — flatter, lighter, and squarer than its predecessors, with a titanium frame and significantly improved hinge durability.
Under the hood, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 For Galaxy powers the Z Fold 6, and Galaxy AI features are front and centre. Live Translate now works in more apps, Sketch to Image generates AI illustrations from your doodles, and Note Assist creates AI-formatted summaries of your handwritten notes. The 7.6-inch inner display gains peak brightness improvements for outdoor use.
The Z Flip 6 gets a bigger battery (4,000mAh, up from 3,700mAh) and the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. Its 3.4-inch Flex Window cover display now runs more AI features independently, making it genuinely useful without opening the phone. Starting at $1,099 for the Flip 6 and $1,899 for the Fold 6, Samsung’s foldable lineup is more polished than ever.
